Ladybird will gladly accept your return on all unworn merchandise for a refund, exchange, or store credit for 20 days from the original online purchase date. 

Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed, and must have all tags attached.  Be mindful of makeup, deodorant stains, animal hair, perfume, or other product stains as this will make your return subject to refusal. Ladybird reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine if merchandise is considered in salable condition. Items that are deemed not salable will be discarded. We will not send these item(s) back. 

The following items are deemed FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit:

  • Personal Products
  • Monogrammed items 
  • Sale products marked Final Sale products
  • Gift Cards
  • Gift Boxes

Kindly note we can only accept online returns or exchanges for items purchased on ladybirdlingerie.com.

Please note we cannot be held accountable for packages that are lost in transit. You will receive email confirmation once your return has been processed. A refund will be issued to your credit card for the purchase price of the merchandise and any sales tax you may have incurred. Please note we cannot refund shipping charges.
